ZERO stars! I went today to pick up my dog's seizure Rx because they never responded to CVS request for a refill. She went in November for blood work and her prescriptions were supposed to be for a year, but they can only write them for 6 months at a time. Fine. I go in today to get the written RX and was told they now charge $5 for the paper and ink used to write it out. Are you kidding me? They said all vets are doing it. It was our first time to bring our pets. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating as my old girl was a little difficult. Thank you for taking great care of my babies
I’ve been taking my three dogs here for years. Tried to book my annual appointment and was refused because they said I owed a no show fee. I have never had a no show. In fact the veterinarian canceled on me because she was sick. The error was theirs and they refused to wave the fee to save the relationship. They don’t care about your pet they care about their profit.
WAY too expensive. I took in 2 dogs (paying for an office visit for each) and the vet spent less than 10 minutes total. I guess she thinks she's worth $200.00 for 10 minutes!~
I had made an appointment for January19th at 10:00am for a rabies shot for my dog. I wrote it down, put it on my calendar, and then showed up one day early. Instead of sending me packing with my dog the tech said she could take care of the rabies shot for me. Thank you so much for taking good care of my dog.
The Vet was great. It’s the front staff that gave me problems. I scheduled a visit for both of my dogs. One was scheduled the day following the other. Took my first dog and all went well. They we’re running late so I thought it was end of day and it happens. Took my dog the second day and they were closed. Cottenwood's response was to threaten to call the police on me. Whatever. No laws broken. Knock yourself out. I threatened them with telling the truth about how they burnt us. Now I will carry out that threat and make it real. THe other day after informing the public about these people on FaceBook I was shocked. I got so many negative responses about how they have been treating people that I am building a "Beware Of Cottonwood Animal Clinic" Facebook page. I am hardly alone. CottonWood Animal Clinic has a “crack house” feel. When we walked in we were looked at like we were there to ask for free stuff. No “hi” no””welcome”. So rude, whatever, just help my dog. They completely mis diagnosed my dog. Gave her worthless pills. After my dog did not get better I called my so called Veterinarian and was shocked to be blown off. “We can’t help you go to an emergency place”. What?! I thought they were my vet?
