Nunca habia tenido problemas en la.clinica, pero hoy lleve mi perrita a revision usualmemte ellos le poben una inyeccion de emergencia porque ella sufre de alergias pero hoy me encontre con una persona que no nueva a la que no le cai bien no se si es porque soy latina pero me.miro mal desde que llegue a la clinica con mi mascata . Brought my pug in for a neuter and they were friendly and good with getting him scheduled relatively soon. He did fine and I'll be scheduling a dental appointment with Cottonwood for him in the near future. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Doc Cimbal has now assisted my goldens and I since 2011..having to put to sleep 3 wonderful goldens..Each and every time Doctor Cimbal and her caring staff have been amazing during this painful process..Have followed this wonderful caring vet from Valencia, a 30 mile one way trip where she had a partnership, to VCA on Montgomery to now Rio Rancho. Been with this vet for a few years. Come to find out they want to sedate my dog to cut her nails at a cost of 180.00. Aren't you suppose to be qualified to cut and handle Rodesian Ridgeback dogs. Call me crazy and for the attitudes in their staff, it is an area that needs customer service 101.

Lisa, For the safety of you, your pet, and the staff, it was determined that additional sedation was necessary to cut her nails. As an alternative we could prescribe anti anxiety medication so you could take her to a dedicated grooming facility for routine nail trimming. Oftentimes pets may experience additional stress from being in a clinic setting and our aim is to limit that stress as much as possible.
We were referred to Dr. Forsyth by a friend in Santa Fe, who drives all the way to this clinic in Albuquerque for his dog's care. Never had a better experience with another Vet (or even close to as good). Dr. Forsyth was patient, explored our dog's problems in detail, figured out what the problem was quickly, and provided sound advice about how best to proceed, all at a very reasonable cost.
