This local company was fantastic from start to finish. I had a national company quote my job and to be honest I almost went there. I spoke to Dave and he reassured me they were blowing a lot of smoke. Turns out they were, Coach Potato kept their word and delivered a great install. Shop local boys and girls!
To say our project was without issues would be an understatement. However in the end our carpet and flooring turned out great! Carlos did great job reinstalling the carpet and Matt did excellent work on the floors. Matt represents this company well- conveyed our concerns and frustrations back to the owner and all issues were resolved. The scheduling of the work and follow-up on orders to keep the customers informed could be better. At the end if the day - We would defiantly consider Couch Potato for future jobs.
