From the minute we walked into the showroom until our flooring was installed we had very professional personal service. Steve Jr helped us pick a beautiful plank flooring that is made in the USA! installation was professional and friendly. We are very happy with our choice to go with Couch Potato to do every floor in our home!
Carpet looks great but I had a problem with scheduling installation. They showed up without calling and scheduling at an inconvenient time. The installation went well after the problem and I’m very pleased with the carpet.
We got a estimate on a Monday and they put the flooring in on a Thursday my floors look amazing
