Love it here Over all this property is in good condition the office girls are amazing. Every property has its ups and downs. Maintenance and Office staff are always there to help anytime I have asked. The parking is a problem but there isn't anything the staff can do to change that. Complains should only be made on things the staff has control over. That's just my opinion!!
Great Experience My wife and I have been here for almost five months. We love living here. The pools always look clear and kept up real nice. The Maintenance staff is quick and thurough while completing work orders for my apartment. The Maintenance team also keeps up with the trash and overall Beauty of the grounds quite well. Love it here! My husband and I have been here for a year. We just renewed our lease because we can't imagine living anywhere else in the area! We are close to many local sites. Our favorite place to visit is Lake Overholser for walking and fishing. We are also up the road from the Plaza District where I take yoga! It is neat living so close to Route 66 as well! Great apts I have lived here for 3 years. The place is super quiet. The manager is really cool. As long as you keep her updated she always has worked with me no matter what. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue I call and within an hour they are at my apt fixing whatever is wrong. In the 3 years my rent has never been raised. This is by far the best apts I have ever lived in.
I love my apartment I love my apartment. My neighbors are very nice and friendly. I have a great view overlooking a beautiful blue swimming pool. I compared prices and for the product the price is great! The staff tends to all my apartment needs. The grounds are nicely manicured and the flower beds are gorgeous. I don't have any complaints. You should come see for yourself.
Council Crossings I absolutely love these apartment. I've never met a more friendly staff that are so understanding and are willing to work with you when you have issues. Heather especially is just amazing. The apartment are quiet and I never have an issue with noise. The grounds are well maintained and are beautiful and maintenance is always out as a priority. It's been really great to live here
Home sweet home! I love my apartment home. They look just like the photos. The girls in the office are kind, sweet and professional. The part I like best about my apartment here is that is quiet clean and feels like home. The maintainence crew is superb!!!! When I put in a work order, the staff enters my apartment courteously and with kindness, they also explain what I can do to prevent it from happening again.
