Awful Decent place until you need a place to park, and there's no spot near your building, or until it rains, and your ceiling leaks, or until you need to wash dishes or take a shower and your plumbing backs up into showers and sinks for the 13th time this month.
Do Not Move Here There is not enough parking. I have asthma and the people across the street would park in spaces in front of our apts and we would have to park across the street. I had the previous management put a handicap parking for me so I wouldn’t have to carry my groceries across the street. awful ever since the new management feels like the apartments are going downhill. management took almost a week to fix our breaker, which left us no hot water or electricity! parking is awful and the pool always looks disgusting. lots of stray cats too that our neighbors like to let into the breezeway.
Bad YOU WILL REGRET MOVING TO COUNCIL CROSSING FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS The manager is terrible. I thought that Council Crossing would be a decent place. It ended up a trash hole. A sewer complex. I suffered for a whole year from incompetent staff. My sister lived there too and we both were disgusted with it. I would not Resident 2016-2018 I have to agree with the other disappointing posts. Everything seemed great when I signed my lease, but my time here as been sub-par. I too had problems with my air conditioner making a loud banging noise while running. During the 3 attempts at fixing it, all that was done was sticking a part of a foam pool toy up in the unit to block the sound. Most of my other requests, to fix burned out porch lights, to seal windows and doors, were ignored. There is also a major bug problem here. I have had ... read more
I too had problems I too had problems with my air conditioner making a loud banging noise while running. Bad Management Living in a "newly remodeled apt" every thing is falling apart. Bug infested, mice problems, not once has pest control come, nor have i gotten my AC filter changed. The people at the office are never there! And never answer phones! When you file complaint about maintenance issue it takes them weeks to fix! The maintenance guy is completely rude and always leaves things half way unfinished!! Worst place ever! DO NOT MOVE HERE
Bad Record This complex is the worse I have ever seen, management is terrible and cruel. Maintenance does not fix things that need to be fixed. Has been sued a couple of times for evicting people and not giving notices correctly. In the middle of a lawsuit with family at this moment. Do NOT move in this complex!!!!!
Not a good choice Only gets worse as the months go by. There is no insulation and so the electric bill is VERY high. The heater runs constantly to keep up with the cold and the bill is worse than I used to pay in a 3 bedroom home! When you ask to get things fixed maintenance makes sure to leave all the trash at your front door. Also my car gets scratched everyday! The parking lot is too small. This is a horrible apartment. Stay away.
