From the original estimate to the end of the job, Countryside was professional, timely, and competent. We are very satisfied with our roof (an earlier job) and our siding/gutters (latest job). We received great advice from the Pat ***** regarding the color choice of our siding and intelligent placement of gutters/downspouts from the crew chief. I was referred by a friend and this was my third quote. I met with George, he was great. I had the best experience and feel like they did an outstanding job. I've been looking for a company and have been comparing roofs and I think my roof looks by far the best in my neighborhood. Their clean up was outstanding which is important since I have 2 dogs. They were quick and responsive getting the work done and follow up on the gutters. Had a small issue with gutters but they came back out and fixed it quickly. They were courteous and professional. Jorge and the gutter guy were a pleasure to work with.

I was very happy with the work Countryside Roofing did for us. Ryan was honest with me when he came to estimate a roof replacement job. The crew showed up early on the day of the job and were incredibly efficient at getting the work done. I also very much appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned the work site afterward. I enthusiastically would recommend them.

****** came out to give me an estimate on gutters. I waited 2 weeks with no estimate. I called ****** and left a message to call me. After 3 1/2 weeks, I called the office. They promised I would be hearing from them. Well, I have heard nothing, even checking my spam folder. I will never refer them to anyone. Shame on them for their poor non service

Paid 15K in full in August of 2020 even though the job was not completely finished (metal trims (fascia?) were "ordered" to be replaced when available). A flat roof began to retain water after the rain. Contacted **** right away, promised to pull out few guys to fix it but "big installation should be done first". Fall through winter - nobody came to fix it. Winter - leak in the garage ceiling. Contacted ****, response: "cannot fix now, wait till temperature is 60F". Now June 23, 2021: still not fixed. The actual work done was as expected. However, the customer service has been terrible. I don't know if they're too busy or what their excuse would be, but all I know is they have never responded to emails and never came back or called after the work was supposedly done. The team is either over worked or in need of a new career.
