Quality of work is good but you have to check their work. I had my old roof torn off and a new one installed. The aluminum panel under the window to the roof was damaged on three of four windows on my second story. Nothing was said to us. I had to call the project manager to my house and point it out to him. Communication was not great either. I was told work would be done in a week and had to call two weeks later to find out when it would be started. Was referred by a friend. I was given a quote, 2 weeks later I agreed and signed the agreement and gave a deposit. Was then called the following Monday that he, Pat *****, had made a huge mistake and forgot to include labor. This reeks of scam. He sends out proposals all the time, it is basically a form letter with no extra line item for labor. And he forgot to include something that is already included in the description? He tried to get me for an extra $5600. STAY AWAY

Ryan called and suggested a time for the following day. I stayed home to meet with him however he never showed up. When I eventually phoned, I was told it was my fault as my phone was not taking calls. Eventually, the fellow on the other end of the conversation admitted that an earlier job ran late and suggested another appointment. If you can't show up on day 1 to take a 20,000.00 roofing job would I really try it again. No apology... I guess they are too busy. Good luck!
