I have had service with this company for over 6 years. I have never had a problem. My route driver is always friendly and waves when he sees me, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the drivers or staff in the office. For those having such a bad experience with their pick up people, it must just be luck of the draw, because mine is great.
I HAVE HAD SERVICE WITH TWO OTHER COMPAINES AND THEY CANT HOLD A CANDLE TO DUCKS. ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN GREAT AND THE OFFICE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER MRS GLENN. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!
Been with County for long time. Good service at first but last year terrible. Have tried to call them and always on hold and never answered. Lousy service and now trash not even being picked up. Am cancelling service.
I have no problem with the regular trash collection. They come every week as scheduled. It is the recycle that I have a problem with. They are supposed to come once a week. Until April 2021 I had no problem. Now they come once a month or less. The last pickup I had was June and it is not July 17. I call them every week and they say they will pickup on my next scheduled time. That time comes, and still no pickup. It has been three weeks since I have been trying to get collection. They will take your money and not pick up your trash. Too lazy or incompetent and just say your cans were not at the street, when they are. You try and call, they put you on hold for 45 minutes, than just hang up on you. Even going down to the office and speaking with the Operations Manager is useless.
When first started with this company it was very reasonable at 13.00 a month. All of a sudden it has been going up for no reason or explanation. When you call them you get some answering service stating they will call you back. It has been over three weeks and NO call back. When I call back I get same thing. They have even changed my date of withdrawal for payments without any explanation and when call about they tried to tell me it was always that, they have even taken out funds earlier than previous month. They don't always take the trash! We pay for trash can plus 5 bags but if the driver is feeling lazy he’ll dump the can then get out fill the can with the bags and put one on top and dump that then drive away with a bag still on the ground.
Not the kind of business that is CUSTOMER FRIENDLY; Not the kind of business ANYONE can appreciate!
County waste has raised my rate every month since running ducks out of business. They give no warning or reason. Since gas is going down in price why would they continue to raise rates? My rate went from 13 dollars a month to now 22 dollars a month. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Wish i could select 0 stars
