Ask for Bobby R! 10/10 wonderful experience. Everyone at the dealer is efficient, kind and easy to work with. Reggie in finance helped us customize our warranty + maintenance needs for our budget perfectly. He saved us over $2,000! As they said “the hardest thing about your car buying process should be whether to get the blue one or the red one, the rest of the process doesn’t need to be difficult” … well we got the red one and we LOVE it! Edited: about 7 months been passed and nobody has ever called to find a solution about that, they only said they can not help me with that, this dealership literally ignores Nissan of North America’s emails as well about this incident, I wish I could rate less than one star. We had an overall excellent experience with Marco Piedra. He displayed a professional demeanor and took his time to make sure we understood every step of the process. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision and will highly recommend him to others in the future. 10/10
What a GREAT experience I had at Courtesy Nissan with the service department. Scott took care of me from beginning to end and was excellent. The app was nice too - keeping me informed along the way.... I was able to get work done while waiting and everything Scott said would be done was done. No surprises and excellent work! The tech did a great job - the car was cleaner than when I brought it in and I know it’s been maintained by the pros. Thanks Courtesy!
