RecommendedAbsolutely 5 star services from Rodger Davis and the Service Department. Had all parts in stock for the repairs needed on my vehicle. Made an appointment online and the whole process was seamless. The shuttle took me home at 7am and picked me back up at 3pm when the repairs were finished. It was freshly washed and I was even complimented on how nice I've kept the vehicle. Highly recommended!!
As always Chris Watson is caring and helpful. Not enough can be said about him. But in addition Kaitlin ( I’m pretty sure that was her name) was right up there with him. Being attentive and incredibly friendly and helpful. And. They helped with the price to fix my break pads. They put safety over sales and that is impossible to come by anymore— except at Courtesy Nissan

Every individual I met was very kind and courteous and performed their job very well. My issue is solely on price. I was charged ~$550 labor for a front ball joint. Upon looking up how much the actual hub costs and what it takes to replace it, $850 total is ridiculous. In the future I will not be going to Courtesy Nissan solely for that reason. Dan, Upon taking a look at your recommendation we took a second look at the Repair order and Know you vehicle report. There was not an over charge when you factor in the alignment and hub assembly along with the special tools etc. There was a bunch more recommended that you declined in the same area that we would love to help you with.
