I was very pleased with the condition of the room and beds. I wonder why it was not equipped with clock/alarm. Otherwise, all was above motel equipment I have experienced.

Great location for our visit to Brookline. Property was nice. HVAC in room was not consistent and unusually loud.
Good but could be better Nice accomodations and very convenient location. Just replace the Statbucks with your own kitchen. They are a rip-off. By 9:00 am, they were out of almost every pastry and the few remaining croissants were stale and hard. And reduce that parking fee of $50 or better yet make it complimentary. $50 is crazy especially when street parking is rather impossibile.
