Fantastic location, relatively quiet room. Simple hotel, meets basic needs - the surrounding area is fabulous.

The skinny on Courtyard Marriott Brookline The hotel location is great -- very close to Coolidge Corner restaurants, shops, mass transit and a Trader Joes. We didn't use the pool but hotel common areas are well-designed and clean and the staff was definitely friendly. The room: Very clean. Coffeemaker/tea/water. Bathroom/tub was old with no ventilation fan. Bed comfort was just so-so -- too hard for us Linens and towels were scratchy.
