Inexcusable service at their Bistro Ok stay until we went to the bar/Bistroon the first floor for a light dinne. The waitperson, a middle aged Black woman with an accent, was totally incompetent. She brought us our drinks after a long wait, and didn’t nother to give us napkins. Then we had to ask her twice for our dinner order. Finally I pushed open the kitchen door and had to ask someone in the kitchen to bring us our order, which was hummus- all it required was microwaving. So conveniently located within attractions of Coolidge Corner, especially Coolidge Corner movie theater, which was my reason for being in Boston at all, to see a film there.

Customer service is great and accommodating. Expecting a better pillows and the bed is not as comfortable as other hotels we stayed.

Pros: Location of Hotel was great. Lobby area and facilities very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Cons: Bathroom have problem with bathtub, several complains (5) and follow up has to be done and front desk staff was not empathic about it nor friendly. After four times complaining, they offered in a not friendly way to change to another room that was smaller due to unavailability although the situation was addressed early in the morning. Nice place to stay. Public transportation, tramway, across the street that brings you directly downtown. Small detail, after a long day we bought stuff to bring to our room and watch the football game but the hotel didn't have nbc or cbs in the channels package. They're national channels, I understand specialty channels! When I went to the front desk they told me that I just had to go to a bar if I wanted to watch the game.

My daughter and I stayed at this Courtyard for our visit to Boston. It was very convenient for several college visits. The underground parking garage made going in/out very easy! The front desk was very welcoming and quickly handled my parking pass code. Our room was very nice, clean and well stocked. The hotel is located in Brookline which is a very cute area full of restaurants, stores and the Green Line subway. Would definitely recommend!!!!
