Mostly excellent! Hotel is very attractive, in a great location - right in downtown Brookline and an easy walk to lots of things. Room is spacious, beds are comfy, super clean. Check-in was quick & easy. Parking is right at the hotel but for a $$$ fee. Room was really cold - AC was on, in December when it's in the 30's outside?!
