Great neighborhood, pool and staff. Parking is very pricey and the breakfast voucher is no deal. Overall, a great fit for our weekend needs.
The hotel is amazing but the receptionist was rude and imaptient.

The room was clean. There are convenient transportations everywhere and would recommend to people who plans to stay in Boston for a while.
Paid ahead of time via Expedia but was double charged upon check-in at the hotel.
Wonderful We loved the room and the service. Our only complaint is minimal. The bed was extremely firm boarding on just hard. If that wasnt the case we would have no complaints.

Beautiful place, very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful property as well. Beds were very uncomfortable and the shower water pressure was mediocre at best. For being in a suite, I would have assumed that everything would be upgraded, but that's my own fault for that assumption.
