Nice enough place, but a little old. The air-conditioning needs major work. It’s very loud and from its position blows air all over you as you’re trying to sleep. But the staff is nice and the area is great.
Great location, so so hotel.
We've stayed here previously when visiting Boston and had a good experience, but after this visit, I don't think we'll book here again. The room was clean and reasonably nice (although the air was very loud and hard to set), and the location is great for Brookline. However, the evening front desk staff was really unhelpful. The fold-out sleeper couch in our room did not have sheets, so my husband went down to the front desk to get them.
