Our room had broken AC. They did not change our room. We asked for a fan but they didnt have any. Disappointing customer service.
Convenient to have hospital
Love this property It was a lovely property close to where we needed to be. The room was clean and spacious. Room was ready early for us and it couldn’t have been better for our meds.

As a senior I found the one small grab bar in the shower to be inadequate and unsafe. In such a beautiful hotel you could do better. All the people were nice, no complaints
