housekeeping was horrible and the elevator was broken the 3 days i was there and nobody was trying to fix it which caused a huge back up especially when the red sox game let out

Will definitely come again, just maybe not for din This chain of hotels is one of our favs for good reason. The rooms are always clean and beautiful and cozy; plenty of space and a nice home-away-from-home. I also love that there is a pool that is open late and a snack stand downstairs. The Brookline location is perfect. My only issue is John, the bartender.
