Stay in Brookline Overall the stay was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was an issue with our room key being deactivated prior to our check out time. We heard many other guests complaining at the front desk with that same issue that morning, when we brought the issue to the front desk staff they didn’t respond favorably. We had a great stay! Hotel was nice, clean, and in a convenient location.
Nice sized room, friendly hotel staff. Good location right off the green line. Room was very cold on arrival - window wide open, took a long time to warm up. Bed wasn't fully made (not tucked in on the bottom). Bathroom could have been cleaner, just seemed worn.

The property provided us everything we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodated some special requests that we had. Next time we are in the Brookline area we will definitely be returning to this property.
