Very helpful and friendly staff
I really, really liked this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, and the bed was a dream. Really liked this hotel.
The rooms are relatively large and very comfortable. I really liked this hotel. And it's located right next to public transportation into downtown Boston. Definitely will stay here again!
Room was good, roomy & clean. Parking area felt somewhat unsafe, you had to drive around by the dumpsters to enter the garage and it looked like cars had been abandoned there. $40 for a night was a bit steep, I know it's the city(ish) but I travel in Philly & NYC a lot and felt this was expensive
One of my favorite properties. Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and lovely. Step outside to a vibrant neighborhood with fabulous restaurants
Service is very minimal. Coffee tea is not replenished. Check out is at noon, yet we had a knock on our door first at 8 am then at 9 am to let us know check out is 11. I showed on the door there was a sign saying it is 12.
