Nice hotel but expensive restaurant Courtyard Cocoa Beach is a nice hotel. I liked everything including the food at the restaurant. The only caveat is the restaurant is very expensive.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights hoping to rest and relax. Our first impression of the room was good. It was a large suite but after further inspection, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well. We found a few strands of hair in the bathtub and in the bed and disheveled blankets for the pull out couch (as if they were never cleaned from the previous guests). Plenty of parking space. One block shore. Clean environment. Near eating places and last thing shopping

I booked a king suit for my wedding (day before and day of). When I first arrived to the floor, Noticed slash marks on the walls by about 1/3-1/2 of the room doors. It looked like house keeping bumped into the walls with their cleaning supplies, and stained the walls. I arrived that night, and didn’t really pay much attention to the room, as I went straight to bed. Had a great visit. Staff was very accommodating. Close to the beach the staff is very helpful. Check in was quick and we would definitely stay there again!
