Great location Hotel is in perfect location for the beach and food, walking distance to anything such as food, drinks and shopping... Hotel staff was helpful and awesome... Definitely a AAA+++

Nice property with a few caveats Good: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nicely appointed lobby with a Starbucks, beach access, plenty of free parking, strong wi-fi. Not-so-good: thin walls - listened to my neighbor snore for three nights, LOUD air conditioning - when my neighbor didn't wake me, the loud AC did.

Great hotel Very nice hotel. We had a 1 bedrm. Very spacious room. Very very clean. It's a Marriott!! Great place & location. Short walk to beach. Walk to restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel, next to the beach and Cape Canaveral Sadly a death in the family brought me to Cocoa Beach this trip. When the staff became aware of my circumstances they offered their full support and condolences. I would like to give Brooke at the front desk special mention for her commitment to her position and efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible. very nice, like new our room, which was a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed, was very nice. like new. Pool was nice too. Stayed here 1 night after a cruise, would definitely book again.
