I usually dread staying at older lower cost hotels because of the LOUD outdated a/c system. Surprisingly, I didn’t need ear plugs. The system was whisper quiet. Would definitely return for that reason alone. Bed was excellent. Did not hear street noise. Excellent kind staff.

Great place! Clean and very walkable to everything. Everyone from the doorman, front desk, valet, bartender and breakfast server was excellent
Jacqueline & Paula were exceptional with their service .
Your front staff was wonderful. They provided great service. The room was not cleaned till 5:30 in the afternoon. We called 3 times for service.
