I loved the architecture - amazing and seemed historic. My bathroom shower did not drain and caused water to come out of the shower and into the bathroom. I called the staff, and they said they'd send up towels, and no one showed up. I had to stand in 1/2 inch of cold water trying to get ready - glad I didn't drop my hair dryer or curling iron...I told the front desk and they apologized for no one showing up with towels to dry the floor.

Almost perfect. Overall, this hotel is just right for our purpose. We stayed Monday through Friday. The hotel is classy, modern, and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all super polite and helpful. There were FOUR pillows on each bed, thank you so much! The bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. The hotel is located two blocks from the center city Temple University campus, where we worked. There were reasonable restaurants and small shops/diners that served breakfast along our walk to Temple. The only two thing... read more

Good brand but cheap experience. Must have been an old hotel where you can see the rooms across the way. Then acquired by Le Meridien. Feels cheap. Ps charge for internet, no coffee in room or downstairs - must buy.
