Beautiful room and great staff
This was a fantastic stay for a weekend trip. It was clean and the staff were hospitable. Be mindful that, it is not as accessible as it could be. You have to carry your luggage up the steps from the valet or find another entrance if you are wheelchair bound.
Being able to walk to everywhere in the city was a huge plus
I opted for housekeeping during my two night stay, but no one ever came up to clean the room. Also for the price point, it would’ve been nice to have a small amenities kit. The walls are thin….and I’ll keep it at that Overall, for what I needed the stay was decent, but I expected more seeing it is a “luxury” brand.
Rooms were small but efficient. Restaurant had surprisingly good food. Pancakes were the best.
