The check in and out was very pleasant. The property was old, there was no hot water in the bathroom.
Great location, friendly staff, clean modern room
Nice Hotel - Plan Parking Ahead I have no complaints about the hotel, except the cost of parking. The location was great. I would just advise that you budget and plan for yohr parking ahead of time. The overnight valet was $65. You can download spot hero and reserve garages ahead of time so you're not driving in circles trying to find where to park, or you can budget in the valet cost.
Our experience was overall positive and I would recommend, but the hotel appeared to be very understaffed when we arrived. There was a significant line to get checked in since only one person was at the front desk. Our room - along with many other guests - was then not ready, after checking in after the check in time. We were promised a call when our room was ready. The lounge was then recommended to guests to wait in while their rooms were being prepared.
