The bar was nice. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Things were not as advertised. There was no 24 hour room service. It was hard and a delay to get things like extra cups and other amenities … housekeeping was inconsistent with when they arrived.
All employees were absolutely wonderful to work with. Room was clean and breakfast was delightful. Only complaint is that the TV in my room was unwatchable.
Good for sight seeing Great location. Walkable to many sites restaurants.

First of all I must say we came in to Philly w/rented car and needed to drop off luggage before returning car, lady at the front desk was very gracious and allowed me to leave my luggage and return at a later time no questions. I felt at ease the whole time we were at the property. Everyone made me and my wife feel as if were family.
