Great location near the parks & city marketplace. The staff was courteous and the place was clean & quiet. I didn't eat dinner there but the chicken wings were excellent. There was a computer glitch during check-in & check-out but they eventually figured it out.
Overall experience was ok however the rooms need required a deep clean. The cleaning is done to a minimal only. There was build up of dust and dirty throughout the room. The carpets were not vacuumed. The bathrooms soaps were not refilled. The rooms are old and not maintained. The room coffee and sugar was not restock.
We had a peasant one night stay. Hotel is in nice part of the city next to City Hall. The $65 charge for overnight parking seems to be way too high when parking garage on the next block is charging $29.
Clean and great location.
Staff was *very* helpful. The hotel restaurant had little to offer. Rooms were small.
