Great place but no parking. The off site parking was $36 per 24 hour day. Not bad but need to have some type of parking service that’s not $48 dollars per 24 hour day from the hotel. Also in front of hotel where you check in they should have that clear of snow and ice. That’s a safety issue especially at night.
Location was nice, staff was great, overall a very relaxing time, i will recomend and look foward to the next visit to philadelphia...

The night shift lady was really nice I forgot her name I think it started with a C she had red braids. She was so nice and helpful with me and boyfriend the guy in the morning was really nice to showing us places the girl in the afternoon when we checked in was terrible her attitude sucked she was all ways on her phone when we came down stairs she was unprofessional. the valet guy was rude we told him the wrong number to the car and he was upset told us we had to wait long let he was mean and unprofessional both of them.
room was nice the view too. More blankets in the rooms next time, the beers and wine in the lobby 69$ for a Frontera that is 8$ in the freaking walgreens. If yall knew everything bc snow or weather they close at 7 or 10pm in the city LET THE GUEST KNOW! we were walking no bars or 7elevens here sells alcohol, more variaty for drinks and snack in the lobby I feel in a highschool cafeteria. why is my 200 deposit is not back on my account either after 5 days. !
