just ok The room was tiny and the view was terrible.
The hotel is very nice and modern, but there was blood on the bed sheets that should have been seen by the cleaning staff. We had to be moved to another room. Aside from that, the stay was nice.
The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating (brought extra towels to our room, etc.). Good location and parking nearby.
Not very impressed! First when I reserved my room your site stated reserve now pay later. Then you charge me anyways. The hotel representative told me to park my car I had to pay for Valet that cost $48. When I returned to the hotel to check in, there was no one there to take my car or keys. I gave my keys to a staff member who did not give me a valet parking ticket which I didn’t know until check out. Which also was an issue as they could not locate my car keys and when they did, it was another woman’s name one keys. When I... read more
