The location is 5/5, but not the hotel. My husband and I stayed at this hotel overnight because it was supposedly an upscale hotel close to the Christmas Village and the terminal market. I loved the location because of that. However, I paid extra for a room with a downtown view. I wasn't given that room, and I was disappointed. Though photos on the website showed a chair my room did not. It had a high top stool with a low back. Fine for a young professional but I'm 82 and like a chair to put my shoes on and read. I asked; they said they did not have one. The food was odd--a "smashburger" about 3/4" thick and thin supermarket guacamole on the avocado toast.
Pretty mediocre for a 4 star.
The location and property itself were fantastic. The hotel bar service and gym were also perfect for my needs.
