The value was exceptional for the price. The hotel amenities were wonderful and the neighborhood was close to everything and very walkable.
Property is in a great location. Walkable to most of the downtown attractions. Very clean. Bed and blankets were very comfortable and there was great pressure in the shower and the water stayed hot. Would stay here again on future visits.

Stay Clean room, helpful staff
I thought the valet parking fee was exorbitant so I opted for local parking instead. The bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor and there were multiple patches on the ceilings from apparent water leaks from above. Wi-Fi was free for Bonvoy members, but luckily I was.
The room was very basic. No soap by the sink. No trash can in the bathroom. We asked for more hangers three times and finally at the end of the first day got five when we had asked for more. The bed was comfortable. It seems as though they have minimal staff there.
Not for business travelers This hotel charged me over a month after my stay during a business trip, despite multiple efforts to resolve my account immediately after. My requests for a bill--and receipt--triggered a hotel investigation that concluded the account had been settled. They finally charged my account 5 weeks later. I am now paying out of pocket for a business expense because this property did not have its accounts in order.
