RecommendedOur inside unit was obviously on its last leg. I contacted Cowboys AC to take a look inside and run a test. As the morning progressed, we decided to purchase a new unit. Bingo, that afternoon, the Cowboy tech came to our home, took out the old unit and replaced it with a new, fresh out of the box 3 ton Rudd AC. We never missed a beat! Since that day, we have had zero problems. Great job Cowboy!

timely, very fast service... same day. Benjamin A. was very professional and courteous. He quickly accessed the situation and gave us options with no pressure on either choice. The technicians Albert & Damien showed up in a couple of hours with everything we needed for the install. They too were very professional and kept me updated as the work was done. My family and I were so appreciative of the job well done. Will most certainly use Cowboys again and will recommend them to fily and friends.
Alfonso did an outstanding job performing a warranty repair on my A/C system. The response time for the initial call was less than an hour, and he was professional through the entire process and clearly communicated the issue and timeframe for receiving parts/fixing the problem.
