purchased a new HVAC system from Cowboys Heating and Air Conditioning in late February 2025 for around $20,000 — and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The first leak was discovered March 8, damaging carpet in one of the bedrooms. I was told the water pump that failed wasn’t part of their system, so I had to replace the carpet myself. A few weeks later (March 30), the system started shutting off. They replaced the water level sensor and said insulation had clogged the drain. If you need a new a/c be careful who you call. I Guess if we hadn’t paid in full we would get the Carrier system we paid for. So don’t do what we did and pay in full, charged it until your system is correct and working correctly. Just a warning for the people, especially senior citizens. We have been done wrong!!!!
We purchased 2 units to be installed totaling $25,000.00, the work included installation outside and inside. The work was scheduled to be between 7am 9am to get a early start because working in the attic gets extremely in the summer months. It was after 9:00 and no one had showed up, and no one called or text with an explanation.
