Brendan was a true professional throughout our search , negotiations, closing & signing. He was very responsive to our questions and needs.He exhibited great knowledge of the area helping us as we were out-of-towners looking for a second home. This was the second time I’ve worked with Brendan and just like the first time, my expectations were exceeded! He kept me informed and helped me every step of the way. He even went out of his way to help me if we were in a bind (I travel for work so I couldn’t be in Vegas all the time). I am so grateful. Brendan is committed to his work and clients. Brendan was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend his services. We were selling in Summerlin South and he's extremely knowledgeable about the area. He knows the key selling points of the neighborhood and made sure that he was at all showings to share them with prospective buyers. Caroline Lauzon was our realtor and she was amazingly dependable throughout the process of us purchasing our new home. She encouraged us when we needed it and cautioned us when we were a little to “enthusiastic.” She was whatever we needed her to be when we needed her to be it. At the end of the process she was still there for us. We are thankful that we had her as our realtor. Zillow connected my husband and I with Denise and we could not have been happier! David was a true professional. We told him our budget and he found properties within it and the the area we wanted.
