I can't express enough how professional Ryan was in closing on our condo. He had it sold in about 2 weeks. We now live out of state we never had to reach out to find where we were. He kept us informed as to how many prospects were interested. Had great input without being pushy. I would highly recommend these guys again. Thanks Ryan for a job well done

Dealing with Brendan King was great experience.The lady that handled my real estate purchase was Denise Tipton. She is very professional to work with and very knowledgeable. I just moved to vegas and every house we checked she has been so kind to help us. I will highly recommend Brendan king (Denise Tipton). Overall, the whole experience of buying a new home is less stressful than we imagined because of we got the right people to help us along the way. Thank you Denise and more power to you!

Denise was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. It was our first home buying experience and Denise made sure it was smooth from start to finish. Denise met us at a home we were looking at in October 2019. We were downsizing to a one-story, small home with small lot requiring minimal maintenance. We searched Zillow & Denise researched from her end & we spent many weeks trying to find a place that was within our price range and requirements. I would recommend Ryan to everyone looking to buy or sell a home, no question! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but very friendly and personable to work with.
