I needed to purchase a CPAP machine. After scrolling through a number of vendors I chose to call CPAP.com. I had a number of questions which were all answered patiently and knowledgeably by Karla. She then took my order, instructed me on having my prescription sent and my machine will be arriving one r two days later. This was handled efficiently and expertly by Karla. Thanks

I ordered my new CPAP machine on line after speaking with one of the wonderful people at CPAP.com. They helped me figure out exactly what to do. I called back later in the afternoon to make sure that my doctor had sent my prescription, he had not. I was livid. I was able to get to someone at my doctor's office and "expressed my displeasure" at their incompetence and they faxed it while I was on line. They have Cpap machines where nobody else did. When they didn’t, they let me know immediately. When I called I got a person in less than 5 minutes. The person immediately walked me through the refund process and helped me order one in stock. Very happy!

I want to commend Zachary who chatted with me on CPAP.com today to order a replacement CPAP machine for my wife.
