Great customer service, I got Samantha on the live chat, and she was very knowledgeable in all aspects of me selecting a new cpap machine for me to select. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this website to anyone out there looking to get a cpap machine.

Erica was great and she really helped me get my order straightened out. It was on back order but I was never told that it was just a filter and not the CPAP machine. So she corrected that and it ships out today.

Erika helped me ascertain an adjustment for two of my machines and walked me through the process. She stayed with me until everything was set. I believe she helped me solve a problem that has been bugging me for months (pressure going too high). I have been a CPAP user for 30 years and there are still things to learn. I highly recommend cpap.com for their added value customer service.

Dealing with Daryll was a real pleasure. He helped me get an order fixed that had been previously taken incorrectly. Daryl was very knowledgeable about the products and that helped a lot. I am sure I will continue to use CPAP.com in the future. I only wish that when I call to place an order, Daryll is the customer service representative that gets the call. I had a wonderful experience when ordering my products! Agnus took great care of me having my best interest in mind, all along! I am "tech challenged." She spent a good 30 minutes with me and my order. And she applied the Labor Day Sale to my order! I love Agnus and will order again! It is wonderful to find people online that you can trust. Absolutely superior customer service. I had purchased a mask that I was not happy with. CPAP.com took it back, crediting my account immediately. I ordered a different mask and a new hose immediately. A happy repeat customer.
