Great food and always smiling faces in the gift shop. I need to work here just for the discount on all the great jewelry I want to buy. The meatloaf is worth waiting for, plus now anytime you dine you can get a take home meal for just $5. Great deal for the money!
When they get our whole order right, it's awesome. The food is good the car carrier is very friendly.

I used to be a over the road truck driver, and have been to Cracker Barrels all over the country. Never ever have I been to a bad Cracker Barrel. Excellent food and excellent service in every cracker barrel restaurant that I have been in nationwide. And the Topeka Kansas store ranks among the top Cracker Barrels that I've experienced. And their servers are all top notch.

The lady manager was awesome, I have a pepper allergy and did not realize what I order was full of pepper so she came out and together with my server Seth (awesome by the way) figured out what I could have, the were patient, kind & so understanding about it. I can't taste and I didn't have my purse on my for my pen, I would have been in a world of trouble, I only had a mild reaction from the bite I took, they probably saved my life. Only thing it took awhile for they food and I was over charg
very convenient
Not crazy about the app. It is convenient and easy to use but is lacking some key items. There is no where to put down special instructions for food and there are some things missing from the menu or special items you want a certain way and unable to do. Also I wish there was the option to pay when you pick up. Not everyone hasa credit card.
