Love eating and the service is always great!!

It's an interactive online restaurant app that allows you to play a game to gain extra points towards your membership. Those points are reward points towards Cracker Barrel purchases. The app also has a menu to view and order from along with a feature to pay for your purchases through the app. The app really does all it's suppose to do and is a convenience for my family's needs.

Always great food
App has a nice look and is easy to navigate but I am asked to log back in every time I open it. Also, when I log in it asks me to register again. I am unable to access my points/rewards to use towards my purchase due to this. I also wish it would store my payment option for more convenience.

Ordering food on the app wasn't difficult, however if you have any free appetizers on your account, it says to order from menu and it will take the amount off your order at checkout. This doesn't happen.. Therefore you can't redeem anything for free. I don't know if it's because you're not in the restaurant or not, but it shouldn't matter.
