Pieces of ham so small they looked like bacon! Ridiculous.
Country Fried Steak under cooked.
Usually the chicken is very juicy and not as tough...maybe it was just a bad day. All the sides were delicious though, especially the mac n cheese.
Contain not fully filled, super small portions. No sauces that it says it comes with just tenders and no biscuits!
Was so disappointed with the quality of both the biscuits and the chicken and Chicken n' Dumplins! Was a total waste of money! Not sure if we will be back to try it again!
Meatloaf was very dry. Green beans was like they just opened a can and put no seasoning at all. Mashed potatoes had been sitting for awhile. The whole dinner was terrible.
Food was cold and pancakes were old and dry.
This is the second time I've ordered DD from Cracker Barrel and both times we did not receive our entire order. Missing food items despite them all being "checked off" on the receipt.
3 entrees that required country gravy Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast Biscuit Benny and Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast . 1 side of gravy on the side every thing was dry. Other jellys were also left out. The manager offered to send w/ dasher but Kary refused do go back. They didnt check it hand it to me so I could check the order. 2nd wrong order.
