Grilled Chicken Tenders all was burnt on both sides! If I can get my money back in full from this meal, I would.
Meatloaf is burnt and dry.
chicken was burned and black. couldn't even eat it. each piece has one side that was black and charred.
The roast was dry, and the hashbrown casserole was overcooked and hard.
Unfortunately our order did not come correctly. Eggs were over done. bacon was not cooked correctly, they left off gravy for an order of biscuits and gravy. Did not send syrup for the pancakes. We asked for napkins and didnt receive those either.
I didnt get to the center of it until hours later, but the hashbrowns were bu charcol black.

Never have ever gotten a bad order. This was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered country boy breakfast and the steak was cooked til it was black basically and super salty. And the grits were dry and hard. Everything was cold, dry and under seasoned except for the steak which is overly seasoned.
We pay all this money to receive cold food that's not appealing to the palate. My pancakes were also burnt on one side. The food used to be really good here now they lack so much and it shows!
