We’re out of sweet potato fries. Biscuits and gravy were both cold. Also, my mac & cheese is cold. Always love the gift shop Easter time so I had a lot of cute Easter decor and gifts
I was traveling on a return trip to Fredericksburg, Texas, so I decided to make a stop in Flagstaff, Arizona to get reacquainted with Cracker Barrel. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve had the chance to dine at the Cracker Barrel old time country store and restaurant, so I decided to give it a whirl. We loved the country store and the food was really good. We originally wanted to go because I heard that the store carries diamond paintings. I was excited to find this peacock one. I hope they carry more in the future.
Cracker Barrel is a must on our road trips. Our kids order Chicken -n Dumplins with a side of dumplins. Food is southern comfort, good and plentiful. People are friendly. Always a stop at the store before and after. Lots of things to see. And of course, the ever present "Jump all but one" game at each table. Always fun!
