First time visiting this location, given that it is almost a 20 min drive from me, in Columbus. Couldn’t get the App to work for the “Join Waitlist” but they quickly seated us despite the lunch rush. Jacquelyn was a very good server and I was impressed with the size of the meat patty on my Cheeseburger plate. Wife really enjoyed her pot roast meal. We will definitely be back for another meal.
First, time at this location staff was friendly and helpful. We were seated within a reasonable time , and the server took our order afterward. Our food arrives at the right temperature and tasted good. Customer service is really good at this location
We went for my mother in laws birthday so we had a party of about 20 people. They don't take reservations, so when we get there, 2 other party of about2 20 was there so we had to wait. Maybe 35 mins later we finally got sat. There were 3 waitresses. They got our drink order. But when it came to our food, apparently the party tables food got messed up. First time ordering our Thanksgiving meal ever and what an experience! From the moment we pulled up to pick up the order to the instructions on reheating, everything was perfect!!!! We knew the food would be good but it was actually amazing!!!
Great service. Great staff, food, atmosphere. Cekebrated Moms 87th birthday. Crew sang happy birthday! Gave her cobbler for her party. Table I location and setting were perfect. Mgr, server, greeter, cashier all fid great job.
