no chicken in the dumplings. mashed potatoes were cold and hard.
They forgot the majority of our order. The portions were extra small, too. Very disappointed
I was disappointed, the chicken was not crispy
Did not get the sweet tea that was ordered with the chicken tenders. The potato casserole was not cooked properly. Potatoes were not cooked long enough
The 3 piece chicken meal was disgusting! This restarant took no pride on preparing this meal! It was very hard and dry chicken! They must of recooked or heated up in really dirty day old grease! Also the green beans had a funny funky smell! I had to throw the entire order in the trash can.. you just lost a valued customer
Everything was overcooked. biscuits and corn bread were like hockey pucks, ham and steak tips were like jerky and some of our side dishes were wrong.
Cracker Barrel is usually pretty good. But the grilled sirloin steak was so tough I couldn't get my steak knife thru it to cut it. Terrible! Also the baked potato was hard as a rock. I think they used something left over from lunch, reheated it for dinner.it was over baked and I couldn't eat either one.
Asked for over medium eggs, got incredibly runny eggs that were barely over easy. There was clear raw egg in parts of them. The cheesecake pancakes weren't good other than the filling and strawberries, they would have been excellent if they didn't horrendously overcook the pancake itself to where you could hardly get a fork through it. Didn't make our coffee because of "no machine" according to the receipt on the bag...? The only good thing was it came relatively quickly and the sausage and bacon were good.
Terrible! It was burnt and over cooked.
