Missing items, pancakes had a burnt/smoky taste, not even edible. Scrambled eggs were runny and left my country fried steak drenched in water and soggy.
Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was awful. Smokey tasting and soggy. We just threw it away. Not a takeaway food item. Chicken n' Dumplins were very soupy too and barely any dumplings.
I've posted a review before and the food was really good but... tonight. One of my meals that I know I added to the cart didn't arrive. I didn't get charged but no one notified me that it wasn't coming so we were short a meal. Also, the White Cheddar Cheese bites... this appetizer is almost 19$ and the portion is not even 20 bites and the desert portions are super small. Just outrageous. We love Cracker Barrel but will probably not order again for awhile until they address some of these issues.
Eggs in the breakfast were wet like and almost like slime? I ordered the cinnamon roll pie and got pancakes instead with no notice. the bacon was okay, i said crispy and it was underwhelming.
The food was good but the didn't include gravy with my Country Fried Steak so it was pretty dry.
The French toast was horrible. The taste was off putting.
Didn't send my soup that I had to pay an extra amount of money for in the veggie plate. It's always nice only getting 3/4 of your meal nice and cold because your driver also sucks. Thanks. Pie looks amazing though!
BISCUIT Benny was very dry because it had NO Hollandaise sauce as was advertised on the menu.
The pancakes were so tough that I had to saw through them with a knife. The hashbrown casserole tasted as if it was only made out of onions. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and hard on the edges. The bacon was ok, a little more hard than crispy. I'm not sure how to describe the gravy, other than not good. I did, however, like the peach tea. we will not order from here again. The order was correct and butter and syrup were included, which is the reason for 2 stars.
