Missing side items, chicken was not all the way cooked. Food was cold and tasted old. Very disappointing
Did not receive a game candy bar that was ordered and was not compensated for it! Chicken dry.
The eggs were undercooked and one of the orders was completely missing. A few other items were also completely missing. I don't blame the driver for this, I blame the restaurant.
This is by far the worst meal I have ever had delivered!!! If I could give No stars, I would. The chicken fried steak was a dried it frisbee, the masked potatoes were a solid brick that I couldn't even put the plastic fork in, and the dumplings were completely dry with NO liquid!! I love Cracker Barrel but I won't order from them again!!
The chicken tenders were delicious but the mashed potatoes were hard and the hash brown casserole had a good flavor but was undercooked. I ordered an extra side of corn muffins and biscuits but did not receive them. I did, however, receive a quick credit from DoorDash for them on my next DoorDash order.
I was supposed to get a small cake for freshness and leftovers - however they packaged 5 pieces of cake crumpled up in bowls (appearing as if they had been eaten off of. The entire meals and cake bowls were all thrown into one bag. Quality & appearance of food declined completely ( I took pictures if y'all need them)
Missing side order. Eggs undercooked, wrong meat sent. The past two times I've ordered from this restaurant has been very disappointing. I guess they can get away with that when you're not actually sitting in the restaurant able to return it
We pay too much money doe there to be so many missing items. Didnt get my pancakes or grits. Who is doing quality control? The french toast was awful. I will not order deom here again.
I love Cracker Barrel but the sirloin Steak is not good. I ordered it medium & it was still tough as nails. Sides were great as always
