The campfire chicken and cherry desert were both terrible.
Ordered green beans but got a lot of stalks also. Hash brown casserole was hard as a brick with very little seasoning. Dumplings were in a soupy watery mixture rather than gravy. Very disappointed.
I'm usually very satisfied with Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, today I received corn muffins that were burnt and unable to eat.
Worst ever meal from CB. Chicken n' Dumplins were dry and overcooked. Had no gravy. Same with fried apples- dry with no sauce at all so no taste. Ordered 1 side carrots & 3 sides green beans, but got 2 sides of each. One of us doesn't eat cooked carrots so that was a waste. The entire meal was a waste of money, and it was expensive. Hate to waste money, especially in this economy. I wouldn't recommend doing delivery from this CB.
Not a spice in that building I swear. I had to season the mashed potatoes myself they tasted like water. And the cornbread didn't have a whisper of flavor. I don't know what i was eexpecting from cracker barrel though.
I haven't been to Cracker Barrel in a long time and now I remember why. I ordered a 4 vegetable plate, beans and collards were cooked to mush, the stewed apples were way too sweet, and the mashed potatoes tasted bland.
Chicken was not fresh. Corn had no seasoning.
The tenders were skinny, tough and stringy and the coleslaw was not good.
The food i ordered was awful. It went straight in the trash. ALL OF IT. Chicken n' Dumplins was boiled chicken with gross white slime all over the shriveled rubbery pale chicken bits. Dumplings are slimy and watery and flavorless. The Homestyle Fried Chicken Salad was not fresh but soggy. The meal sides have no seasoning or flavor. And definitely an unappetizing presentation for the main course and the sides. Will not be eating here again.
