It's not good... I wouldn't reccomend ordering from here. The pancakes were okay but the sides were inedible due to saltiness and the eggs were very very dry.
The bag is never sealed to protect the food. I called to speak to the manager Dan at the Midlothian store about not sealing to protect my food. He was rude, over talked me and was not considered about my feed back. He said "we will not seal the bag" and hung up on me. He has very poor customer service skills and is not management material. The lady was very nice and friendly who answered the phone. I plan to call the General Mgr and corporate.
They gave me enough food to feed a child not adult. Wont be order the Shrimp n' Grits Skillet ever again
I did not receive everything that I ordered I am never satisfied with Cracker Barrel when used through door dash… my hash brown casserole is always left off the order
Maybe it was just the frosting but it seemed old
The food was just ingredi thrown together and just that food.No flavor, no seasoning, and no care. The eggs were plastic like, the biscuits undercooked and dry somehow. The sausages and bacon had no flavor and only resembled meat without the actually taste. And the hasbrowns were flat and soft. Do not order or eat from here it is a miserable shell of a Cracker Barrel without the southern flare and flavors that we do so live here in the south. If I could I would give it no stars.
The Scratch-Made Meatloaf Family Meal arrived with burnt meatloaf. The Pecan Pie now has half the filling as it always have. Even the pie crust is shorter. Cracker Barrel was fabulous pre covid. Nothing has been as good since then.
Sloppy packaging, dried out meatloaf, and wrong sauces received.
once again, missing one our meals. There is always one missing.
